These injuries may be the result of specific trauma, situations that develop over time, overuse, or post-surgical conditions. The combination of assessment and physiological knowledge along with an integration of personal experience enables Jo Ann to provide effecive care and treatment. Further recommendations in proper postural alignment, avoiding harmful repetitive strain patterns, and suggestions of remedial exercises will assist in prevention and treatment of these conditions.
